National Airport: Customer Experience & Reimaging National Hall

As part of the design and planning team working with MWAA to forecast solutions that would encourage passengers to dwell in the new National Hall, Apple Designs prepared recommendations covering wayfinding improvements, amenities accessibility, and enhanced identity features at each concourse, including physical enhancements to the building as well as technology improvements via FIDS, mobile services, and augmented reality applications.
