Terminal, Parking Garage, & Entry Road Wayfinding Signage System

Apple Designs provided the wayfinding master plan and signage system for the new airport terminal building, parking garage, and entry roadway. The bilingual signage system solved several unique wayfinding challenges including providing direction along three different paths to the departure concourse for domestic flights, U.S. flights, and international flights. The signage system utilizes state-of-the-art technology and integrates static and dynamic components, including LED displays, clocks, security cameras, and speakers into the sign cabinets to enhance the open terminal design of the architect. The dynamic sign solutions allow for quick changes and the operation of swing gates, which may be used for domestic or international flights depending on operational needs.
